SUPPORTED TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

 

At S2.Group, we work hard to build what we call our “Supported Technology Platform”. We know that using products across this platform will provide a great foundation to operate your business from (we know this because we use ALL of the services below to run our company).

The Supported Technology Platform summarises the requirements that you need to have in place in order for us to meet our service obligations. We will update this list from time to time as certain technologies age and other technologies are released and tested by us. If an item requiring support does not meet our minimum standards, we may need to charge you for any extended time incurred supporting that item.

Our engineers are trained and keep up to date with technology across this core set of products to make sure that we can quickly, efficiently, and expertly assist you with working with those products.

The following are hardware requirements you must meet for full SLAs to be in effect.

Business or Enterprise models with the following characteristics:

  • RAM: 8+ GB
  • Storage: 256+ GB Solid State Drive (SSD)
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro

Accessories

  • Mice: Unit supplied with Desktop/Laptop by manufacturer or Microsoft or Logitech.
  • Keyboard: Unit supplied with Desktop/Laptop by manufacturer or Microsoft or Logitech.
  • Monitor: Resolution of 1920×1080 or higher, minimum size 22″ or higher.

Firewalls

  • WatchGuard devices with active subscription
  • Draytek – all current manufacturer supported business class models

Switches

  • Cisco SMB and Enterprise
  • Netgear SMB and Enterprise

WiFi Access Points

  • WatchGuard

Network Attached Storage (NAS)
